Background

Whilst the Trust was formed in 2011 by Longyuan Mulilo De Aar, financial close and construction of the project sites were only completed in 2017. Following this, trustees were elected between 2017 to 2018, but the Trust only officially started functioning in 2019 when administrators were appointed.  The Trust obtained its CDP in 2019 and was granted PBO status in 2020.
